Compose your strap
Choose a book, width and face. Artwork comes directly from the source document: lettering and illustrations retain their physical size across all three widths.
Visualization on an AI-generated white base. Texture, hardware and colour require a physical sample; hole positions in the photograph are illustrative.
Download selected artwork / PDF ↓Each face has a fixed role: the outside faces out; the inside rests against the wrist. Both faces are printed. The strap is not intended to be reversed.
02 / BERGOTT

The outside is shown on a 20 mm base, with the matching inside artwork below.

03 / NYLON
Premium quality starts with the webbing
These are requirements for the forthcoming sample. Finished-product claims depend on checking the actual nylon and print.
Dense, soft nylon
White nylon / polyamide webbing with a dense, smooth seatbelt-style weave. Soft against skin, without loose fibres. Confirm composition, thickness and spring-bar clearance with a physical sample.
Clean edges and holes
Evenly sealed edges and smooth sizing holes, without burrs or fraying. Neat, strong stitching without hard lumps against the wrist.
Hardware to match
We request 316L stainless-steel buckles and keepers with an even brushed finish and no sharp edges. The manufacturer must confirm the steel grade and construction.
Print that stays supple
Print both faces of the actual selected nylon. Approve colour, fine lettering, registration and show-through, then check resistance to rubbing, perspiration and washing. The factory proposes a printing method after a material trial.

Files & geometry
The PDF contains print surfaces only: five designs × three widths × two faces. Lettering and all strokes are filled vector outlines, independent of installed fonts and stroke settings. Colour: CMYK. The configurator also offers a separate PDF for each variant.
Artwork length: 300 mm. The 20 mm buckle fold and 280 mm finished-length reference are provisional. The 2.5 mm hole diameter and 7 mm pitch also need factory confirmation. Agree bleed and the final cutting contour for the production process; print at 1:1 without scaling graphic elements.
