Microfibre for optics
Production requires soft, high-quality, lint-free microfibre intended for cleaning glasses and optical surfaces. The material and edge finish must retain the cloth’s gentle feel after printing, without shedding fibres, coarse seams or hard particles.
20 × 20 cm is the proposed finished cloth size and the exact trim size in this PDF. Confirm the final product dimensions and edge finish before production.
Printing requirements
- Separate quotations are required for single-sided and double-sided printing. For double-sided printing, describe front-to-back registration and any reverse-side show-through.
- Print at 1:1 scale without automatic fit-to-page scaling. The TrimBox defines the finished artwork size; allow at least 5 mm bleed on each side.
- Preserve vector artwork, outlined lettering and CMYK. Agree the colour profile and transfer process with the printer for the chosen microfibre.
- Approve a physical proof on the actual material before production: colour, fine detail, softness, lint-free performance and edge quality.
Request to manufacturers
We are looking for a manufacturer of Specus × Bergott cloths in high-quality, lint-free optical microfibre. The proposed finished size is 20 × 20 cm. Seven designs are supplied as a vector CMYK PDF with 5 mm bleed on each side.
- Single-sided printing — a separate quotation.
- Double-sided printing — a separate quotation, including front-to-back registration and any show-through.
For each option, please state the unit price and price breaks, minimum order per design, cost of a physical sample, microfibre composition and weight, printing method, edge finish, production lead time and delivery terms.
