Before a research result is integrated into the project, check:

- Is the research question clear?
- Is the geography clear?
- Are facts separated from interpretation?
- Are assumptions labeled?
- Are sources listed with dates and links?
- Are weak sources identified?
- Are limitations stated?
- Are red flags highlighted?
- Is there a clear confidence level?
- Are recommendations specific enough to act on?
- Does the synthesis say what should change in Specus Village?
- Are follow-up questions listed?

## High-Risk Topics

For these topics, do not rely only on generic web research:

- legal structure
- land ownership
- construction permits
- tax
- medical access
- insurance
- resident safety
- financial returns
- environmental claims

These need local expert verification.
