Specus Village is a global network of autonomous living environments.

It gives people a way to live closer to nature, with more control over energy, water, food, housing, work, and community, without losing comfort, mobility, or connection to the world.

Inside Specus, Village is the spatial branch of the same method: a place can be read as a future artifact, not only designed as real estate.

## Core Idea

Specus Village is not a village made only of mobile homes.

It is a system for life.

The system may use mobile homes where they are the best solution. In other locations, it may use modular homes, locally built houses, restored structures, villas, or mixed housing formats.

The goal is not to force one architectural object everywhere. The goal is to create a repeatable standard of living.

## Methodological Positioning

Specus Village is where the Specus method becomes a place.

It applies future archaeology to living environments: land, infrastructure, water, energy, food, homes, community and operations are treated as fragments of a future spatial artifact.

The project can use utopian and futurist settlement references, but only as cultural material. Specus Village should feel like a stratified rational utopia: desirable, legible and mythic, while still grounded in law, operations, maintenance, governance and finance.
